Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made on the same day the order is placed. However, if the order has already been communicated to the vendors or shipping has been initiated, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. The request will be considered after the merchant verifies the reported issue.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6-7 business days.
